Welcome to Martin & Shirley Just Us.
Over a year and a half ago, we gave up the conventional way of living and made our van our full-time home. We haven’t looked back.
This channel isn’t about picture-perfect van life, polished travel videos or pretending every day is an adventure. It’s simply our life as it really happens.
Some days we’ll be exploring somewhere new, some days we’ll be sorting something on the van, cooking dinner, having a laugh, dealing with things going wrong or just getting on with everyday life.
We don’t have a fixed script and we’re not trying to make life look perfect. We just pick up the camera and bring you along.
Two people, one home on wheels, and everyday life as it comes.

We finally arrive at our first Cornwall campsite in S.t Blazey and we meet our lovely subscribers, Libby & Adora.
We also have van trouble RAC come out to diagnose issue, £189 repair booked in for Saturday.

For those who watched the first podcast episode of us reminiscing. For context, here are some old photos starting with:
1) Our old van that struggled to get up hills.
2/3) Settling in for our first night in the old van, beaming grins listening to the cars whizzing by.
4/6) Us out and about on our first trip to Cornwall.
7) Us enjoying our old garden before getting a letter saying we have to remove all furniture.
