India 2030 tak apni nuclear power capacity ko 3x karne ki taraf fast pace me kaam kar raha hai, taaki record electricity demand ko pura kiya ja sake aur ambitious clean energy goals achieve kiye ja sake.

Yeh equipment suppliers ke liye huge growth scope create karta hai, lekin dhyaan rahe ki nuclear projects kaafi capex heavy hote hain, jo economic downturn ke time risk create karte hain.

Humne is sector ke kuch stocks par detail me discussion kiya hai.

Aapke kya thoughts hain is sector par?

Hey folks, hope you had a great weekend.

Do you guys remember CarTrade? OLX, CarWale, BikeWale, etc.

CarTrade Tech shares recently fell 17% after a major brokerage downgrade, despite strong growth in sales and profits over the past year.

Financial Performance Highlights -
Strong recent financial results demonstrate growth momentum:

Q4 FY24: Revenue of β‚Ή160.61 crores (38% growth), PAT of β‚Ή25 crores (43% growth)
Q3 FY25: Consolidated net profit of β‚Ή42.69 crores vs loss of β‚Ή24.23 crores in previous year
Sales Growth: 27% increase to β‚Ή176.22 crores in the December 2024 quarter
EPS Growth: Impressive 79% year-on-year growth from β‚Ή18.18 to β‚Ή32.62

Market Opportunity and GST Impact -
The used car market presents significant growth potential:

India's used car market surpassed new car sales in 2024 (5.4 million vs 4.16 million units)
Market projected to grow at 12-13% CAGR, reaching 10.8 million units by 2030
GST reduction from 28% to 18% on small cars, boosting consumer sentiment
CarTrade reported a 25% traffic surge on CarWale and BikeWale following GST cuts

Yes, the Industry is growing, and the business model is also robust. But.....

We would suggest waiting for better entry levels around the β‚Ή1,500-1,800 range or a significant improvement in business fundamentals before considering investment. The stock appears overvalued at current levels despite strong growth metrics and favorable industry tailwinds.

Prices of all the vehicles have gone down. Be it a 2-wheeler or a 4-wheeler. Also, the GST cut should provide a boost to auto demand, especially in 2Ws and small PVs.

Industry volumes by 2-6%, driving 2-8% EPS upgrades for TVSL, HMCL, MSIL, and HYUNDAI. We expect TVSL and MM to deliver the highest 27% and 19% FY25-28E EPS CAGR, respectively. Our FY26-28E EPS are 5-22% above Street for TVSL, MM & MSIL. Our preferred Buys are TVSL, MM & MSIL. We upgrade HMCL from UNPF to HOLD, but retain UNPF on HYUNDAI & TTMT (Says Jefferies).

There is a clear 27-34% Upside of TCS that may happen until Diwali or November. The Nifty IT Index has corrected a lot till now.
Also, do you think the Wipro Buyback could change the sentiment of the IT Industry in India?

There is a very clear fundamental and technical reason why NIFTY -50 in India could go up by 10-14% over the next 6 months.

1) Technically if you check on a weekly chart (5 year), you will see there is a 13-14% upside potential
2) Fundamentally: two things
a. US-India trade war might end soon (some positive news likely to come)
b. More spending is likely this festive season due to tax breaks
3) All this translate into a better quarter. And, the results will get reflected in Q1 2026.

A lot depends on US Economic policies. If there is no slowdown, this is a good swing trade to take now.
No major downside.

PS: India is a trading market. I keep repeating this :)
Do a swing, but book profits.

Just saw something strange in AAVAS FINACIERS. The Promoter holding in Aavas Financiers just went from 26% to 49% in this quarter silently.

It is the time when the retail people start selling the stock. The retail holding of Aavas went from 33% to 9% in this quarter due to the poor performance or consolidation of the stock.

What do you guys think? Is this a clear breakout sign?

Important Update!

Did you hear about the recent GST exemption on individual health and life insurance policies? While it means a big price reduction for customers (12-15%!), some insurers like Star Health and Niva Bupa might need to raise premiums by 1-4% to offset their Input Tax Credit (ITC) loss!

We break down what this means for you and the insurance sector. Watch here - https://youtu.be/C75DWiiITo8?si=5TFRQ...
