Today we make-a da lemon chicken and da noodly peas… very good, very nice!

🍗 LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN
Ingredients:
• Chicken thighs
• Garlic (fresh or minced)
• Butter
• Lemon juice
• Seasoning blend (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
Instructions:
1. Season chicken well on both sides
2. Cook on griddle OR air fryer at 375°F for 20–25 minutes (until done)
3. Melt butter + garlic + lemon juice together
4. Brush or toss over chicken before serving

🍝 GARLIC BUTTER NOODLES + PEAS
Ingredients:
• Pasta (spaghetti or any pasta you have)
• Butter
• Garlic
• Parmesan cheese
• Frozen peas
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic
3. Add cooked pasta + peas
4. Toss everything together
5. Add parmesan and a splash of pasta water if needed
