"Missing My Russian Beauty" is now on YouTube! 🎶✨

I was lucky to collaborate with the famous and magnificent South African singer Peter Anguria. A few months ago, he told me that while traveling in Russia, he met a girl in Peterhof whose beauty struck him to the depths of his soul. They got to know each other, and this romance continues to this day.

This story became the inspiration for a new song, “Missing My Russian Beauty.” Naturally, the song was performed by Peter Anguria himself, with lyrics by the accomplished American poet Alexander S. Polyak.

The track was recorded and mastered at Guru Sound Studio by Dima Graziani. The popular Toronto-based singer Nancy Adejor also took part in the recording.

Our lives are accompanied by rapid technological changes.
In recent years, robots have performed 30,000 successful surgical operations in 30 countries.

A few months ago, my good friend Michael Litvin sent me his new song, in which I incredibly liked the singer who performed it. To my surprise, I discovered that the vocalist was... Artificial Intelligence. And this is despite the fact that I have perfect pitch.

Just a few years ago, I could never have imagined that after composing a song for a vocal duet and arranging it in Florida, the vocalists would record it in South Africa and Canada, and then I would return to Toronto to record the saxophone — after which mixing and mastering would take place.

Thus, my new song "Our Dreams" was recorded.
It was recorded by popular South African singer Peter Anguria and the magnificent Canadian singer Nancy Adejor.
The lyrics are by the famous American poet Alexander S Polyak.
It was recorded in the Guru Sound studio — Dima Graziani.

For Svetlana Medyanik, who wrote the lyrics and performed my new song "When We Were Young" ("Когда Мы Были Молодыми"), the motto in life is the words of Bernard Shaw: "The most correct thing is to combine the life experience of old age with the energy of youth."

A city you don’t want to leave.

I've traveled quite a lot in my life. I've visited many countries in Europe and Latin America. I admired the beauty of Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, enjoyed the magnificent beaches of Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Aruba. But all these trips had one thing in common — at the end of them, I had an irresistible desire to quickly return to my beloved Toronto.

This continued for many years until we bought a house in Palm Coast. This is a fairly compact town in Florida, where we try to wait out the "winter charms of Toronto." It is located between the famous cities of Daytona Beach (where the famous races take place) and St. Augustine — the oldest city in America.

Our house is in Grand Haven—a city within a city, a "gated community." There are about 2,000 houses, 30 lakes, 2 year-round heated swimming pools, and famous golf courses (Jack Nicklaus), where many people from different countries come to relax and compete.

There are very friendly people here, greeting even strangers with a smile. To summarize, if there is a Paradise on Earth, it is here! This is the only place from which I have no great desire to return back to Toronto.
