A Narcissist doesn’t love you. They hate you, treat you in ways you don’t deserve and act in ways to create the hate, shame and fear within you so they can avoid it within themselves.
This dangerous form of gaslighting will distort your reality-because the hurtful feelings the narcissist creates by their hurtful actions will be programmed as YOURS.
The emotional pain you start to carry is now build in the whispers of the Narcissist what have shaped a false Self-Identity with a mirror where the narcissist’s shadow lives.
You were never meant to be shaped in mirrors for others! You are not here to carry the pain from others! You are here to be YOURSELF!
