1 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar

Cajun Chicken Patties:
4 pieces of chicken thigh
2 large eggs
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
¼ cup finely diced onion
¼ cup diced bell pepper (any color)
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust for heat)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup olive oil (for cooking)

Dredge:
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 teapoon Salt
1 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Spicy Honey Glaze:
1/2 cup pure honey
3 tbsp hot sauce (e.g., Crystal, Frank's, Tabasco)
1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 1/2 tbsp a vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
Pinch of cayenne (optional, for extra heat)

Toppings & Assembly:
burger buns

Creamy Slaw:
2 1/2 cups Shredded cabbage
1 cup mayo,
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 tablespoon pepper.

Sliced pickles (bread & butter or dill)
