You can study, reevaluate, survey and do analysis on every pebble on the mountain.

And you’d die of old age before ever stumbling on the perfect course.

The truth about being summer-body confident (what most people don’t realise until it’s too late)...

Your “summer body” is built in autumn and winter.

Here’s why:
→ Most people are 20-40 lbs (9-18 kg) above their ideal healthy weight.
→ The upper safe, sustainable fat-loss rate is about 1% of total bodyweight per week - for someone carrying 200 lbs extra, that’s 2 lbs/week at first (then less as weight falls).
→ So realistically, it could take 3-6 months (or longer if you allow for diet breaks, which I strongly recommend) to get to a healthy, confident place.

Waiting until summer to panic-diet doesn’t work:
❎ Crash dieting burns muscle off!
❎ Extreme restriction = burnout & rebound
❎ Most people give up, or end up right back where they started (or worse)

Instead:
âś… Go into a modest calorie-deficit
âś… Nourish yourself with high protein animal foods
âś… Move in ways you enjoy
âś… Watch steady progress compound over months

Treat your body with kindness, not punishment.
