Reflection:
Our strength is not enough.
Every lasting work for God's Kingdom begins with abiding in Christ. Prayer aligns our hearts with His power and His purpose.

Don't Take Your Hand Off the Plough!
Many of us begin our Christian journey with excitement. We are full of passion, eager to serve God, hungry for His Word, and ready to do whatever He asks.
But somewhere along the journey, life happens.
Trials come. Disappointments arise. Prayers seem delayed. Opposition increases. The routine of everyday life can slowly replace the joy we once had.
Sometimes we become weary.
Sometimes we become discouraged.
Sometimes we even lose our passion for serving God.
There are days when we don't feel like praying, sharing the gospel, serving in ministry, or doing the work God has called us to do.
Yet Jesus reminds us in Luke 9:62,
"And Jesus said unto him, no man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."
The Christian race is not won by those who start with the most enthusiasm, but by those who remain faithful to the end.
The good news is that God never asks us to rely on our own strength. When our passion grows cold, He can rekindle the fire. When we become weary, He renews our strength. When we lose our focus, He gently calls us back to Himself.
Galatians 6:9 reminds us,
" And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Let us pray,
Heavenly Father, thank You for calling us into Your Kingdom and entrusting us with Your work.
Forgive us for the times we have become distracted, discouraged, or spiritually weary. Renew our first love for You. Restore our joy, our passion, and our commitment to serve You wholeheartedly.
Strengthen us by Your Holy Spirit so that we will not give up or look back. Help us to keep our hands firmly on the plough until the work You have given us is complete.
May we walk faithfully in every season, finish the race with endurance, and fulfil every plan and purpose You have ordained for our lives.
We declare that we will not quit, we will not grow weary, and we will not lose heart. By Your grace, we shall accomplish all that You have prepared for us, for Your glory.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ,

Can God Trust You with His Children?
Can God trust you with one of His sons or daughters?
Can He trust you to encourage the discouraged?
Can He trust you to strengthen the weak?
Can He trust you to protect the vulnerable, to speak truth in love, and to reflect the heart of Jesus?
Jesus gave us a simple yet profound command in Matthew 22:39
"You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Love is more than words—it is demonstrated through action.
When was the last time you intentionally did a good deed for someone who could never repay you?
When was the last time you fed the hungry?
Visited the sick?
Visited those in prison?
Clothed someone in need?
Welcomed a stranger?
Encouraged a lonely person?
Prayed with someone who was hurting?
These are not small acts. They are **great exploits** in the Kingdom of God because they reveal the love of Christ.
Jesus said in Matthew 25:40,
"And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me"
Every act of kindness offered in the name of Jesus is an act of worship. Heaven notices what the world often overlooks.
The Apostle Paul also reminds us in Galatians 6:10
"As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith."
As followers of Christ, we are called to show love to everyone, but we must not neglect our brothers and sisters in Christ. The household of faith should be known for compassion, generosity, forgiveness, and practical care.
Perhaps the greatest question is not whether God can trust us with great ministries, wealth, or influence.
Perhaps it is this:
"Can God trust us to love His children?"
May our lives answer that question with faithful service, genuine compassion, and practical acts of kindness. May we become people whom God can trust—not only with great responsibilities, but also with His precious sons and daughters.
Let us pray,
Father, give us Your heart for people. Help us to love as Jesus loved, to serve without seeking recognition, and to care for those in need with compassion and humility. Open our eyes to opportunities to do good, especially within the household of faith. May our love be more than words; may it be seen in our actions, bringing glory to Your name. In Jesus' name, Amen.
