I'm about to go an a rant, but I think you guys deserves to know what's been going on.
You haven't heard from me for a long time, both when it comes to songs and any news of what I'm doing right now, I am sorry for that...
So, where do I start? Well, I guess I should take it from the beginning.
I've begun to slowly fall out of what I used to love. Making music.
I open FL Studio everyday, trying to make...something? Anything? But it just isn't what it used to.
I felt like I was stuck trying produce something I didn't put my heart in and in the end, I just repeated a vicious cycle everytime i tried.
Everytime someone asks me how my music is going, I just try to stray as far away from the subject as possible. Honestly, it pains me to even refer myself as Shut Eye anymore.
All of this led to my latest release: Forgive Me.
I guess it was my own way of saying sorry without actually saying it.
I've never been one to talk about how I feel or think. Which is why music is so close and personal for me, it's my way of expressing myself. Sounds very cliche, I know, but it's the truth.
Have I completely lost my drive, love and passion for producing? No and I don't think I ever will.
So what's been going on after I released "Forgive Me"?
Well, I've mostly been reflecting about myself and where I stand in relation with "Shut Eye".
And honestly? I feel like I need to let go of him.
Which brings me to this question: should i start over?
Starting over, new name, new brands, new media profiles and most importantly: new music. Music I could happily say "I made this"!
The music would still be electronic music, just maybe not what you would expect "Shut Eye" to release.
But I don't want to do a rash decision and just do it. Which is why I am writing this, what do you guys think? I would love to hear you thoughts.

Good news! I am bringing my songs to multiple stores and platforms, including Spotify and iTunes! Hopefully you will begin to see them being pushed out in a week. It will take a while before all of my songs will be out, due to I have to wait until platforms like Spotify creates my artist profile. Also, I know that I've not been active. Life has been pushing me in different directions for a while and I'm still trying to figure this out.
My motivation and inspiration to create music has been on an all time low for a while now, but I'm slowly getting around to releasing new songs for you guys. I have more news that will hopefully be announced in the near future about new paths I will be taking "Shut Eye" on. I think you guys will like it though!

I will keep pumping out my released songs for the weeks to come, so keep an eye out!

I am bringing my songs to multiple stores and platforms, including Spotify and iTunes!
Hopefully you will begin to see them being pushed out in a week. It will take a while before all of my songs will be out, due to I have to wait until platforms like Spotify creates my artist profile.
