Just want to give another update: The lighting on the map I’m using forcefully switched to another system, completely ruining the atmosphere, and the new lighting sucks, so I’ve been trying to work with it for a while trying to get it to be how I want. Good news is most of the map is complete, i just need to get the shots and fix the lighting.
Now that it’s the summer, I can finally focus much more attention to the backrooms. If I don’t get multiple, AT LEAST one video will be out by the end of the summer.

Bit of a late post, but CapCut has been included in the extension of the TikTok ban. I still may need to find a new permanent app in the event that ByteDance doesn’t sell 50%, but I have a little over 70 days to find an alternative.
As some of you may know, ByteDance owned apps have been banned from the USA. CapCut is owned by ByteDance. I use CapCut for audio and to get the VHS tape effect on my videos. There is some workarounds to the ban, but the app’s functionality is pretty limited if you get around it, which means I may need to find a new permanent editing software, or just a new one until the ban is lifted. I appreciate the support the backrooms series has gained from you all. We are almost at 900 subscribers which is insane to me. I have no plans of stopping the series currently, even despite the ban. This is just a roadblock I will soon get over. Thank you for reading, and have a nice day.
