Aur phir maine pure parivaar ke saath gappe ladaaye over some soulful Authentic South Indian Bhog❤️

Ladakh is truly magical — but this time, I realised how differently our bodies can react to high altitude. 🏔️

I actually did follow all the rules:
✅ Checked into a good hotel like @granddragonladakh
✅ Took it slow on Day 1

And still, I fell sick. Turns out, just like I get motion sick, my body couldn’t handle the thin air — and I was diagnosed with Acute Mountain Sickness. 🤒


So here’s my takeaway: it’s not always about doing something wrong, it’s about knowing that every body is different. Some people adjust instantly, others take longer.
