Quick Push day workout 🏋️‍♀️

2 top heavy sets flat dumbbell press heavy 8-10 reps

Incline bench 3 sets 6-8 reps

Cables chest flys 3 sets 12 reps

Side lateral raises 4 sets 12-15 reps

Tricep push down 3 sets 15-20 reps

Over head rope extensions 2 sets 12-15 reps

Best I’ve looked to date

The difference? You ask

1 to 2 very hard sets per exercise pushing very close to/or failure on these sets

2 warm up sets is more than enough , make that top set extremely painful

You should finish a exercise knowing you couldn’t give more even if you wanted too

Simple formula = big results
