💓 I’m running for a reason… 💓

As many of you know, I live with a rare heart condition and have an S-ICD (a type of defibrillator) implanted to keep me safe. It’s something I don’t often shout about—but it’s always there, and it’s a big part of why I run.

This year, I’m fundraising for SADS UK, a charity that raises awareness of sudden arrhythmic death syndrome and supports families affected by cardiac conditions. They do incredible work to fund defibrillators and help save lives—and this cause is very close to my heart (literally!).
