- Make people change, Changing people is very difficult, people love 67, Italian Brainrot or enjoys 2025 memes? or just hates 2010s memes?

- There will be people that gets bored over 2010s memes, or kids don't watch them,

Conclusion: Yes it will be popular, like 1M views max lasts for a week. if all of the steps like i said has been achieved, it will reach over 100M views and lasts for months but not like it's golden times where it lasts for ages, then it gets real boring and probably switch to 67

If he really meant truly meme reset, that is impossible.
even if (somehow) it does, in like 5 years, people will say the memes from 2010s is from 2026.
