Pretty happy with how the new video is being received. Think there's a pretty strong chance that we hit 10k subs this weekend. I wanted to thank you all again for your support, those who have recently joined and those that have been with me from the start. I never expected to get here, especially after being away for as long as I was. There will be a new video next week on Friday at the same time. That one will be a skit video and following that video will be a new type of Tier List video.

I've answered this before in a couple of comments and on some livestreams, but in regards to adding characters from Zexal and beyond, I can't say I won't ever but as of writing this, I've never watched those shows. So right now I'm not inclined to add them because I don't feel I could genuinely write for them. Adding too many characters into a video can crowd it or make it run way too long if I want to make sure every character gets enough spotlight to justify including them. They are silly meme videos at the end of the day, but I do try my best when writing for them because I enjoy making you all laugh.

So, I'm definitely not saying I won't ever add any characters from the other series in the future, but it'll be awhile before I consider it.

Glad to see a lot of people liked the subtitles that I added to the compilation. I did notice a few critiques on my choice of font for the video. I admit I really wanted to make sure the readability wasn't hindered by the changing elements on screen so I made the black background pretty strong. This proved to be too intense a choice for some viewers.

So, I did a quick re-edit of Tier List 7 for its subtitles. Subtitles will now be colored differently depending on who is speaking and I still tried to keep the readability high without making the highlighted background so intense. So if you guys wouldn't mind giving your feedback on my adjustments in the next video, I'd really appreciate it! Speaking of...

Tier List 7 will be releasing today for Patreon/Channel Members today at 12PM PST and will be going public tomorrow at 12PM PST also. Jaden and Yusei will be joining in for this one. So I hope you all enjoy it!

Since Tier List 7 is coming out this Friday, I'm dropping a compilation video of the Tier List videos. This compilation mostly breaks down the videos into the parts where they actually talk about the cards and doesn't reference the skits as much. So if you want to check it out as a refresher before Tier List 7 drops, it's there for your viewing pleasure!

The Structure Decks covered in Tier List 7 are as follows: HERO Strike, Synchron Extreme, Master of Pendulum, Emperor of Darkness, and Rise of the True Dragons.

So since I'm getting up to speed again on how the game has been changing, what are your thoughts on the Genesys Format that was recently released? Has anyone tried it?

It certainly looks interesting to me but I've heard some people think the costs on some of the cards are off.
