GRAMMY ON THE GO
In March 2024, I took a life-changing step and underwent Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy(VSG) surgery. Looking back , as I worked on putting together a photo montage of my journey, I realized something: When you are overweight, you often shy away from the camera lens. It was eye-opening to see how few photos I had of myself.
Fast forward to today, I am thrilled to share that I am off all medications except for my thyroid meds and daily vitamins. I 've shed over 85 pounds, and with that , I' ve gained a brighter, more fulfilling outlook on life. My focus is no longer on food, but rather reclaiming what I have lost by allowing food to control me.
The transformation is not over and I am still learning everyday, I hope to share with all of you my progress.
