Natasha Vilaseca

My name is Natasha Vilaseca. I help business owners in the B2B industry dominate lead generation using LinkedIn. Sound good?

A little bit about me: I started my entrepreneurial journey just over 2 years ago and after an uphill struggle trying to get results for my marketing agency using cold calling I discovered LinkedIn. I quickly scaled to a 6-figure per year income and since then have set my mind on helping others do the same thing. I now have a LinkedIn marketing agency, a consulting business and an online program called LinkedIn Unleashed, all focussed around the same thing - lead generation.

Back again with another LinkedIn video!!! How to generate leads on LinkedIn in 2022 (+ exposing my secret LinkedIn strategy)

The strategy in the second half of this video is something I’ve kept private for my high-paying clients… until now.

Let me know what you think in the comments! Do you want more tutorials like this? 🤔

Hey guys

Ever wondered what the top of Table Mountain in Cape Town looks like? ME TOO!

Luckily I got the chance to go stay for two nights at the top of Table Mountain with my friend and her family. The two days consisted of hiking, swimming, lots of chilling and minimal phone-time as there was basically no signal.

Hope you enjoy x

Hey guys!

I'm back with another LinkedIn video (I know, I know, it's exciting). Today I'll be diving into the top four traits salespeople need to have in 2022. These traits are based on the really important buyer-first principles of sales, which you may have heard me speak about in my other videos. So if you're in a lead generation role, in a sales role or part of a sales team, you're not going to want to miss this video, as these traits and the more general buyer-first principles should form the core of your sales and outreach strategy for 2022!

As always, let me know if this video was helpful in the comments below 👇 And comment any questions :)

Hey guys

All of you have been asking for a day in the life vlog and (let's be honest) I've been promising to do one for AGES.

Well, it's finally here. *takes a bow

This was super fun to film and I plan to do many more in the future. Even better, I'm currently in Cape Town so have got LOTS of cool locations, missions and adventures. Comment below anything you think I should check out while I'm here :)

Until next time squad.

The law of averages is the idea that something is sure to happen at some time, because of the number of times it generally happens or is expected to happen.

If you’re an agency owner, coach, consultant or in charge of lead generation you’ve most likely been involved in selling your services. If you know your conversion rate throughout your sales process you can figure out your law of averages. 📈

Every day you should be measuring the following:

→ How many people you send a connection request to

→ How many of those people respond/ engage with you

→ How many of those conversations you can then move onto a booked phone call

→ How many of those phone calls convert into a sale

Once you know these numbers you can draw a direct average of how many connection requests you need to send in order to get “X” amount of sales.

It’s basically a security blanket for knowing you can hit “X" amount of profit every month if you put in “X" amount of work.

Do you track your numbers and if so, how? 🤔

If you’re familiar with outreach, whether it’s cold calling, cold emailing or using LinkedIn you’ll sympathise with the struggles of knowing which lead is where in your sales process…

You might be using a spreadsheet, CRM or nothing at all (if this is the case then you definitely need to change that…) but I’m here to give you a free option that you can implement straight away with Sales Navigator.

Now, you may have heard of the following terms:

1. Saved Searches
2. Lead Lists
3. Tags

These are the 3 different ways I like to organise my prospects on LinkedIn. I have posted two tutorials showing you how to use Saved Searches and Lead Lists which will be part of a 3-part series on how to organise your prospects in Sales Navigator...

The 3rd part will be on my channel tomorrow at 6pm BST!

In the meantime, here is the link to Part 1:

I’m sure you’ve probably seen all of the motivational entrepreneurs talking about the “grind & hustle” lifestyle…

But is this really the way to go?

Imagine you have 2 people side by side, both wanting to start a business...

Person 1:

- Sleeps 4 hours a night and “hustles” for 20 hours a day

- Doesn’t know what tasks to focus on so just does a bit of everything every day

- Is exhausted and is operating at 20% efficiency

Person 2:

- Gets 7 ½ hours of high-quality sleep every night

- Meditates, goes to the gym and has a morning routine in place

- Focusses on a few core tasks every day and works “smart”

- Is switched on, focussed and operating at 99% efficiency

Would you rather work smart or work harder?

How To Get People To Stop Ignoring You…

This was the title of a video I uploaded to my Youtube channel a few weeks ago.

It was highly requested and with all agency owners and B2B professionals flocking to LinkedIn to find new clients it’s important that you have an outreach strategy to set you apart from the rest…

Let me ask you a few questions:

1. Do you feel like business owners ignore your messages on LinkedIn?
2. Do you ask people to jump on a call with you in your first 3 messages?
3. Do you find it hard to think of what to say when trying to build a relationship with a prospect?
4. Do you use the standard LinkedIn connection request template without personalising it?

If you answered “yes” to two or more of the questions above, then you definitely need to watch this video right now AND make sure you take notes!

I’ll leave a link to the video below, go check it out and let me know what you think in the comments:

Enjoy!
