My Name is Portia. I'm a mother of three wonderful children. I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent/Realtor® , and I love cooking at heart. My love for cooking began at a very young age, when I would cook for my 9 brothers and sisters. I come from a long line of great cooks, and I've always been intrigued by how the cooking talent has grown through each generation.

My style of cooking is heavily influenced by African and American cuisine. I make an effort to elevate the flavors I grew up in in America, loving, with bold and fresh African dishes. I also gravitate towards healthier choices in order to help promote good health, while never sacrificing flavor!
