Practice Matthew 5:1 and Matthew 5:2.

Say them out loud. Write them down. Share them with your wife and children.

Matthew 5:1 (ESV):
"Seeing the crowds, he went up on the mountain, and when he sat down, his disciples came to him."

Matthew 5:2 (ESV):
"And he opened his mouth and taught them, saying:"

Live them out today to the glory of God.

Position yourself to receive from Christ (v.1)

Listen when God speaks (v.2)

You've tried everything.

Praying harder. Accountability partners. Filters. Fasting. Promise after promise to God that this time will be different.

Here's what 20 years of struggling taught me that nobody else will tell you:

Stress at work? Disconnection from your wife? The crushing weight of leading while feeling like a fraud?

Fear that you're failing God, your family, your calling?

You're medicating a wound you haven't identified yet.

Most Christian programs hand you more accountability and expect different results. They treat the symptom while the infection spreads.

Real permanent freedom comes when you stop managing the fruit and start replacing the tree.
