It’s taken me years of living in Scotland to finally do the Edinburgh Fujifilm Photo Trail — starting with New Town!

Such a nice way to see the city. Slowing down, paying attention, and finding a few new perspectives, even in places I thought I already knew 😏

These shots are from the official New Town trail stops, including:

North Bridge, Calton Hill, George Street, Princes Street from the Mound steps, Edinburgh Castle from St Cuthbert’s Churchyard, Charlotte Square, Moray Place, Dean Village (and the Water of Leith), and St Mary’s Cathedral from Grosvenor Crescent.

All captured on Fuji, using my own film recipe, with my usual post-edit. Old Town next?

Scotland’s Highlands are at their most magical when frost kisses the peaks. The solitude of these winter days makes me feel so lucky that I live in this country! Having these majestic views all to yourself, low winter sun and ethereal light from dawn to dusk 🤍
