Views from my morning run! This one was a tough one. Mentally and physically I was there. I was also processing a negative interaction I had with someone last night. The run wasn’t helpful for that entirely but I feel midway through my mind gained better clarity which I feel helped. I used to think running was an equivalent to therapy. I don’t feel that as much anymore but I do feel like it helps get our stuck minds unstuck… sometimes.
