hear me out first on what the lore will be :

(MC is Taro)

Midori — if we use midori as sayori, then we got the cheerful personality sorted out. but for the depression part, the reason midori depressed would be because she knows she's in a video game.

Hanako — and if we use hanako as sayori, [ofc I won't make her have a crush on taro (as mc)]
we got the cheerful personality sorted out too. for the depression, we could make her have attachment issues to her brother and doesn't like it if he's close with a girl. and when the confession scene happens, it would be replaced as hanako asking taro to choose between her (his own lil sis) or the other girls.

(and reminder that no matter what mc's answer on the confession, sayori's death couldn't be prevented.)

in the past, amai was the most voted, but after going through her character and comparing it to sayori, there were alternative choices ! (midori, hanako & or even asu)

I've been thinking a lot about the lore for midori and hanako (the depression lore) but I can't seem to find ideas for amai & asu's lore T^T
but I'm pretty much already convinced to choose between hanako or midori now ⊂⁠(⁠・⁠▽⁠・⁠⊂⁠)

— I wanna add a preferences from myself, since most people choose midori as sayori bcs sayori did get self conscious when monika is deleted.

but like hear me out,
let's say midori's depression is that she knows she's in a video game, and sayori then later will be self conscious when monika is deleted.

which means midori (as sayori) had to already realize from the start she's in a video game that's why she's depressed, it wouldn't make sense for her to be panicking when she get self conscious (when monika is deleted) if she knows from the start that she's in a game.

of course this is just my own preference ! because I need to make things easier to understand and don't cause confusion T_T

the yansim characters as ddlc characters:

Ayano — Monika
Amai — Sayori
Osana — Natsuki
Oka — Yuri

it's been discussed when I still had my dc server, but of course any suggestions and ideas are welcomed !

I do know that Amai does not have any depression like Sayori has, and that Sayori feels bad if someone worries about her (u get what I meant) they do share a sense of similarity to me, but like I said before any other ideas are welcomed !

and I do think, Amai bakes & so does Natsuki, but the personality doesn't fit a bit. osana acts "tsundere" to senpai most, but natsuki acts "tsundere" to everyone including her friends, not that it's a bad thing considering her past. so osana fits as natsuki, and both of them using twin tails.

for yuri, well oka is a perfect match, they're shy and love dark themes. and both of them are also purple


these are the few reasons on why I choose these characters as ddlc chars
I don't think I should explain why I choose ayano as monika since I thought you guys would probably can guess it anyway.

any other suggestions or ideas on the characters is welcomed so don't feel pressured !🫶🏻

if possible try to mention the reason why do you think *insert char* is more fitting to be ddlc chars (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

— and there's a few things I need to say:

I know I opened a rv idea suggestions from time to time, everyone is free to express their idea in the comments. but there are some things that I need to clear out

1. Crossovers
I did some crossovers in the past and I liked doing it for some time, but then I got tired of it and decided to stop it. I'm not sure when I will ever do crossover again if I'm feeling like it, especially since most of the suggestions are characters from animes and I don't watch many animes 😭

(I don't have time to watch it and understand it well, I wanna avoid being called a larper just because I don't know the series that much but still insisted on doing it)

Also for Hyuluka part, I already mentioned this many times but that won't be continued. Especially because the screenshots and videos disappeared from my phone (my phone storage is lowkey cooked rn)

— I would still appreciate the suggestions you guys gave me, but now I just hope you guys can understand that I don't always have motivation for everything 🤍

2. Remaking old videos

I encountered this a lot TT, I like the idea of you guys like my video sm to the point you want me to remake it... but, if I keep remaking them in short time, some people would get bored of it especially because usually the video context or dialogues are the same or just improved a bit.

I usually choose to remake them when the video date is already past a year or if there are new content that includes them (for ex: aishi fams 1979s)

— Recently I'm feeling like I wanna try something new, because I got bored from making a rv that making them reacting to ayano / ryoba. I mean yeah I love ayano and ryoba, but if I keep making videos about them I'll get bored eventually TvT

So if possible I wanna try new ideas that I have never ever try before !!

3. Ships

I'm a multishipper yes if you know me and I mainly ship ayano with megamo (one sided love)
and I also know some of you guys are also fans of megayano.
But since not everyone likes the ship, I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should make the rv or not, because I'm aiming for a video that everyone will like so it can help me get views and also help me with my daily needs.

I would still make ships video and maybe making it as rv IF my channel condition is pretty stable
Since I don't wanna put hard work into my work ending up flopping💔
