The Bogey-Flavoured One returns!

I was originally going to make a video going of the current state of the channel but I found recording it to be incredibly awkward so I have summarized all of the important things into the pinned comment which I will paste here.

Where’s Part Two?

There’s no part two yet, and I know that’s disappointing. These videos take a lot of time to produce, and each one requires more effort to top the last. The Bogey-Flavored One Part One was my magnum opus, but its intense workload impacted my personal life and nearly cost me my job. I’d rather not dwell on the details, but it was tough.

When I started this channel over ten years ago, I was a college student with plenty of free time. Now, I’m a full time video editor, married, with responsibilities. The time investment for these videos is hard to justify, especially since I don’t earn from them due to them being copyrighted material. Others clip and profit from my work on other platforms without credit. After the original upload, many of you kindly tipped via my BuyMeACoffee page, which remains open for one-off donations. I considered a Patreon-style membership but decided against it. It doesn’t feel right to rely on your generosity for videos with long gaps between releases.

I’m not giving up on the channel or part two, but things need to change. I’m going to continue to upload YouTube Shorts of my existing videos. I'm also thinking of possibly creating part two as YouTube Shorts, then combining them into a full video later. I’m open to other ideas, let me know your thoughts! What other content do you want from this channel? More funny YTPs, non-parody Harry Potter content, tutorials, or reviews? You may have seen that Harold Trotter and the Bogey-Flavored One was recently removed by YouTube. It's unclear whether this was a retroactive content flag from YouTube's automated system or if someone maliciously reported the video manually. Either way, the video is gone, along with its views and comments, which is a terrible shame. Fear not, the video will return shortly. Before it returns, I plan to make a video further detailing the current situation of the channel. Thanks for your support and for bearing with me! :)
