A winter morning in our small mountain village in the Carpathians.
Today we prepared and preserved pork for the cold season using old traditional family recipes.
Some meat was cooked in a pot, some baked in the wood-fired oven, and then everything was sealed in jars for winter storage.
Simple village work, warm hands, and traditions that still live in the highlands.

Summer in the Carpathians is not a vacation, but a daily work π
I collect wild raspberries high in the mountains π
I squeeze the juice, add a little sugar and bottle it - for the winter for tea from a cold β
And in parallel - I rake hay for the cow Lasuni π
In the garden, cucumbers are already ripening - all my own, natural π±

A real Carpathian morning means hard work and real food. We cook traditional borscht, bake homemade kalach with fresh sour cream from our cow Lasunya β all natural, no GMO. The potatoes are blooming, cucumbers grow in the garden, and mother waters tomatoes planted in buckets β our own new method.
Every day here is simple, honest work and family warmth β the real highland life.
