I founded the Dairy Free Atery on Dec. 26, 2019 which is a cookbook I have started in honor of my son.

My name is Mary, and all I do on this channel is share some delicious DAIRY FREE recipes!

My son was diagnosed with a dairy and lactose allergy, so I had to learn how to make dairy free foods the hard way. With some encouragement, I decided to create this channel to help anyone looking for a delicious dairy free recipe for any occasion!
