I've been busying building the online violin making academy, passing on what I've learn throughout the journey,, really didn't expect to have so many of you wanting to learn this craft from me, we are making real progress and having fun there! Seems like it's still hard to find a good source to learn violin making from even when AI is starting to take over the world, which is kind of sad and "stagnant" for the mankind... and that's why I am working very hard to making the LEARNING of this craft easier to access for everyone of you, hopefully before we have GTA6. Let's pretend I have not disappeared for a few months, and I am very happy to see the channel growing without me posting anything. It means that *maybe* I am posting the right stuff, because I've received a lot of emails with hatred and furious anger asking me to stop doing this..
On the other hand, I am finishing up the step by step tutorial on my website that I spent the last 3 years to prepare. It may seems like I am taking too much time to do that, and I know just start the camera and talk through the procedure is very easy. But I really want to make the tutorial as detailed as possible, you know, if something is worth doing, it's worth doing well. So more importantly, as for my standard, all the shots need to be in focus and have to make sure my hands are not blocking the camera in any steps so you can really see it clearly..
And enough talk about me, here's what's in it for you, I am going to finish posting the very very long "Your luthier friend is making a violin" series here so you can play it as the background during Christmas, then I am going to make more educational videos after that.
