I'm a Doctor, Coach and Medical HR Expert, I focus on career support & advice for medical students, trainee doctors and senior doctors (bosses) and international medical graduates. Something that seems to be sadly lacking in formal medical training.
Many of my videos are about how to manage your medical career, including the all-important job process as well as dealing with difficult career problems such as managing a range of bosses and their styles.
