Most of you know Jeff as the guy who will tell you exactly what he thinks about a piece of equipment, no filter, no fluff. What you might not know is that the same energy he brings to this channel, that relentless, show-up-every-day, give-it-everything drive, has been the foundation of who he is long before any of this existed.
From the moment he became a dad, Jeff had one goal: get home. Work hard, move fast, and be there. He found creative, active ways to fill those hours with his kids, proving that making memories doesn't take a big budget, just real effort and a lot of love.
Over the last few years, that same dedication has found a new outlet. His fitness journey isn't about aesthetics or hitting numbers for the camera. It's about being around, for a long time, for the people who matter most.

This is one you won’t want to miss.
Back on May 2nd, during our very first training session with the HVO LC205, we ran into an issue that immediately stood out to both of us. Before we ever filmed a review, before we ever hit publish, we reached out directly to HVO and explained exactly what we were seeing.
What happened next is the part you rarely get to see.
Instead of dismissing the feedback, HVO asked questions. They reviewed photos and videos. They tested ideas internally. They sent replacement parts, wedges, and eventually delayed our review schedule while they worked toward a more complete solution.
Weeks turned into months.
Rather than rushing a video out the door, we agreed to hold off while HVO continued working on the problem.
Now, nearly two months later, a newly designed angled seat-base accessory has arrived.
This weekend we finally put it to the test.
Did HVO solve the issue?
We’re about to find out.
No matter the outcome, this is a side of the fitness equipment industry most people never see: honest feedback, open communication, and a manufacturer willing to listen when something isn’t right.

When Goimu mentioned they were looking for female reviewers for the HT01 Hip Thrust Machine, Perrin saw an opportunity…

Instead, Perrin teamed up with Jessica to put this machine through its paces—and we’re taking things one step further.
Rather than bringing the HT01 into our gym, we’re testing it in Jessica’s home gym as we help her build out her training space. That means you’re getting a fresh perspective from two women evaluating how this machine fits into a real-world home gym setup.
The build is complete.
The testing has started.
And the glutes are already filing complaints. 🍑🔥
