Recently we gained lot of weight due to bad lifestyle and wrong eating habits. We never bothered about it until one day some medical concerns came into picture .
So we have started 75 hard challenge (or maybe soft challenge 🙈 )where we will have clean diet for 75 days with no cheat days (hopefully).
Gradually we will start with basic exercises as well.

As someone has once said “Fitness is a Journey, Not a Destination”
