**Application Guidelines**
1. **Overview**
(1) **Event Name:** Car-Cam Night!
(2) **Organizer:** Tabisuru Ie no Monogatari (Story of the Traveling Home) / Hoshiakari no Mori Campsite

(3) **Venue:** Hoshiakari no Mori Campsite (2750-284 Oshima, Matsukawa-machi, Shimoina-gun, Nagano Prefecture 399-3304)
(4) **Content:** A car-camping event enjoyed alongside car-camping YouTubers.
(5) **Schedule:** Group 1: Sept 20–21 (1 night, 2 days); Group 2: Sept 21–22 (1 night, 2 days). (You may apply for both dates, but the program content is the same for both.)
(6) **Arrival/Departure:** Doors open at 12:30; event concludes at 11:00 the following day.
(7) **Capacity:** Approx. 80 vehicles per group.
(8) **Participating YouTubers:** LeavesDiary, Aitano, Kupio no Shachū Seikatsu, Tabisuru Ie no Monogatari, Tama no Kuruma Gurashi (titles omitted).
(9) **Application Period:** Please apply between 20:00 on August 5 and 20:00 on August 9. If the number of applications exceeds capacity, a lottery will be held after the deadline, and you will be notified of your participation status within one week.
(10) **How ​​to Apply:** Please apply via the application form link (to be released prior to the application period).
(11) **Participation Process:** Apply via the form during the application period. After the lottery, results will be sent via email within one week. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the designated account. Event details will be emailed to you before the event date. Attend the event on the scheduled day.
*If you request both dates, a separate lottery will be held for each day. Possible outcomes include: neither day, only one day, or both days.

2. Main Events
(1) Talk Show & Merchandise Sales: "Car-Can-Talk"
A talk show featuring participating YouTubers. They’ll discuss their relationships, dive deep into various topics, and more!
Expect plenty of content you can only hear here, with this specific lineup of guests!
Merchandise sales for each YouTuber will follow the talk show!

(2) Guest-Created Original Cocktail Sales: "Snack Car-Can-Pai"
We will be selling cocktails and juices devised by the participating YouTubers!
They are creating drinks with personal significance or names that might be a bit of a stretch (or just for fun)!
Come taste these exclusive original drinks at "Snack Car-Can-Pai"—available only here and now!

(3) Bingo Tournament: "Car-Can-Bingo"
Prizes for the bingo tournament include car-camping gear and original items from the participating YouTubers!
We are planning other events as well! If you have any requests—like "we'd love to see this happen"—please leave a comment!

3. Important Notes
・Awnings may be set up; please ensure they do not extend beyond 2 meters.
・There are no powered campsites; please bring your own batteries or power sources. Generators are not permitted.
・Fire-based equipment may be used both inside and outside the vehicle. Campfires are allowed, but open ground fires (fires directly on the soil) are prohibited.
・Cancellations are not accepted. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee applies from the moment you sign up.
・Some food and drinks will be sold, but please prepare your own meals.
・Please refrain from sharing food or drinks with others for hygiene and safety reasons.
・Sales of goods between attendees are prohibited.
・Please refrain from aggressive solicitation (e.g., for social media). Please conduct yourself with common courtesy and consideration for others.
・If you wish to dispose of trash, the campsite offers a disposal service for a separate fee of 500 yen. Please speak to a staff member on the day of the event.
・Smokers are asked to be considerate of those around them. Smoking is prohibited during group gatherings.
・Please refrain from lining up on the roadway or similar areas before the venue opens.
・Entry without a reservation, waiting for participants/guests to arrive or leave, and unauthorized visits or site inspections outside of the scheduled event day are prohibited.
・Vehicles cannot be moved once they have entered the venue grounds.
・Staff will manage operations on the day of the event; please refrain from giving instructions to other guests.
・Please be aware that photography by various attendees will be taking place; please take personal responsibility for your own privacy. Those taking photos are also asked to be considerate and obtain necessary permissions.
・Activities such as making loud noises, slander or defamation, expressing political or religious views, promoting divisive ideologies, or any other conduct contrary to public order and morals are not permitted.
・In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may decide to cancel the event. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus a 1,000 yen processing fee.
・If any behavior runs counter to the organizers' intent and a request to stop is ignored, a warning will be issued, followed by an order to leave the premises. No refunds will be provided in such instances.
・Event details and schedules are subject to change. Any changes will be announced via our social media channels.

ここでしか、このメンバーでしか聞けない内容盛りだくさん！
その後、各youtuberさんのグッズ販売会も実施します！

（２）ゲスト考案オリジナルカクテル販売「スナックカーキャンパイ」
参加youtuberさん考案のカクテル・ジュースを販売します！
ゆかりのあるドリンクや、なかばこじつけ?!のようなネーミングのカクテル・ドリンクを皆さんが考案してくれます！
ココだけ今だけのオリジナルドリンクが飲めるスナックカーキャンパイ、ぜひご賞味ください！

（３）ビンゴ大会「カーキャンビンゴ」
ビンゴ大会では車中泊グッズと参加youtuberのオリジナルアイテムをプレゼント！

３．注意事項
・オーニング張り可です。２ｍを超えない用ご協力をお願いいいたします。
・電源サイトはございません。各自バッテリー等でご対応お願いいたします。発電機不可
・火器使用は車内・車外どちらも可です。焚き火も可ですが直火は禁止です。
・キャンセルは不可となります。お申込頂いた時点でキャンセル料100％となりますのでご注意ください。
・若干の飲食販売は行いますが、食事などは各自でご準備ください。
・他の方への飲食等の振る舞い行為は衛生管理上ご遠慮ください。
・お客様同士の物販は不可です。
・SNS等への無理な勧誘はご遠慮ください。良識の範囲の中でお願いいたします。
・ゴミの処理をご希望される場合、キャンプ場で別途500円でお預かりが可能です。当日スタッフにお申し付けください。
・喫煙される方は回りにご配慮頂きながらお願いいたします。全体で集まる場面での喫煙は不可です。
・当日開場時間前などに車道等に並ぶ行為はお控えください。
・予約の無い方の入場、出待ち行為、当日以外の無断来場・視察はお控えください。
・会場乗入れ後は車移動ができなくなります。
・当日の指揮はスタッフが行います。他のお客様への指示はお控え下さい。
・当日は不特定多数の方が撮影を行っています。ご承知頂き、ご自身でプライバシー確保をお願いいたします。撮影される方も各々確認・配慮をされるようお願いいたします。
・大きな音、誹謗中傷、政治・宗教的な発信、世論を二分するような主義主張、その他公序良俗に反する活動は受け付けません。
・荒天や不測の事態が発生した場合、主催者判断で中止判断を行うことがあります。その際は手数料1000円を引いた額を返金いたします。
・主催者の趣旨や意に反する行為があり注意を聞き入れない場合は、警告の後、退去命令をいたします。その際の返金等には応じません。

I’m organizing my very first car-camping event!

In collaboration with "Hoshiakari no Mori Campsite" (Matsukawa Town, Nagano)—located in my hometown of Minami-Shinshu—we are planning an event designed by car-camping enthusiasts, for car-camping enthusiasts! 😆

To make this event truly special, I’ve invited some wonderful guests—friends I’m close with—to join us alongside the campsite manager and fellow YouTuber, "Tama no Kuruma-gurashi"!

We’ll be joined by an amazing lineup of guests active in the Chubu region, including:
Aitano-san,
Kupio no Shachuu Seikatsu, and
Reeves Diary!
More influencers are also confirming their participation one after another! 😁

Let’s all enjoy this night together at the event we’re calling "Car-Camp Night!" 😆

This time, we have a thank-you gift prepared for everyone who purchased the book (print or e-book) early after its release (=pre-purchasers)!

Please show the staff your proof of purchase, such as the book or photos, on the day. We will hand you a limited edition sticker commemorating the book's release for free. We will also sign your pre-purchased book if you bring it with you. (Due to time constraints, we cannot write anything other than the signature.)

On the day of the event, in addition to the signed books, we will also be selling limited edition can badges to commemorate the book's release. It's a reading version of our channel's recently created mascot character, "Tabby the Tiger Cat" 🐈 So cute! 🩷

Please note that the book is priced at 1760 yen, which is an odd amount, and we were unable to establish a system for selling the book individually.
