YOUR ASS AINT ANEMIC - YOU JUST NEED TO WORK ON RESTORING EVERYTHING YOU LOST! Because one thing the doctors will tell you is that your “NATURAL EFFORTS WONT WORK” but I can assure you they do!

Met with my Hematologist because they swore i was “anemic” and needed a Blood Transfusion IMMEDIATELY. & they stressed that because i have heart failure I needed to take action ASAP, but it felt like a scare tactic if you ask me.

Soo I declined! Because I wasn’t getting hooked up to a machine and getting pumped with GOD KNOWS WHAT! (No offense to those who do it, but after open heart surgery - I’m not participating in any more procedures, BY HIS GRACE)

June 9, 2025 I met with my Hematologist Dr. Shah & told her I’ll continue oral iron tablets (started these May 12th after leaving the hospital) and I’ll be adding herbal tea to my regimen (started Divine Iron June 4, 2025 after I seen the oral tablets helped increase my iron slightly).
She ASSURED ME the herbal tea wouldn’t have an effect on my iron - but I went home and started anyway.

TWO DAYS AGO, June 17, 2025 I had more labs done and my iron was through the roof!

Here’s why it’s important to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH when it comes to your health - BECAUSE THE DOCTORS ALWAYS READY TO WRITE A PRESCRIPTION HONEY.
