Howdy Hey Yall! In my quest to do a SHORT A DAY (currently 37/365 completed, 1/10th of the way there!), I got some feedback on the editing. Basically...sometimes the footage is TOO CLOSE. This is because shorts are vertical format, and fighting games are played on a horizontal plane. I really don't like the small window for gameplay with so much empty space, hence trying to fill the screen as much as possible.

That said...I've been testing some edits lately and changed the style to expand when the action spills further out. I'm trying not be distracting! My goal is to make it organic. I also have added captions. (example below)

So... 1st thing, make sure to check every day for a new short. And 2, be sure to leave feedback on the shorts (or here) on the new style. All of my edits are done BY HAND, and with the changes, it basically triples the work. So...If its good...let me know. If its not...let me know.

Howdy Hey! Just wanted to update everyone! In case you missed the last post, I recently had a passing in my family. I wanted to support my mom through this time, so I've been away from my home for a few days. We'll be having the ceremonies next week after a MASSIVE snowstorm hitting the east coast of the US. I also have an important interview next thursday.

All of that said, I wont have any streams next week...MAYBE one thursday night. I've been missing street fighter and missing content. I'm working on a very lightly edited yaps video soon on my views on SF6.

Keep in mind I will have shorts on Youtube EVERY DAY. My goal is to hit all 365 days. Currently, we're on 33/365 uploaded.

Big Nasty Kail

Howdy Hey Ya'll!

So I unfortunately had a family emergency, and had an sudden passing in my family. This means streams for the week will have to be put on hold, but I'm going to aim for next week to return. I'm sorry for the lack of Kail hijinks.

I am still away from home, so content is a bit hard to make. I am trying my best to keep my promise of ONE SHORT A DAY, so if you see a change in...quality of short presentation, you know I'm on the go trying to make it happen. I'm going to hit my goal this year. I also have a rant video im working on (that too may not have the bells and whistles). My dedication for content dropping this year is not going to be hindered by getting everything "perfect"

Done is better than perfect.

That said, as always I appreciate the support and understanding. Ya'll are great to me, and I'm trying to be great to you. I end all my videos and streams the same way:

Tell your loved ones you love them. So take today to tell those you care about and love...that you care about them and love them. Don't wait for later.

Hey all! Thank you for the support in the last 2 months. Since losing my job, I've been trying to do more content...and even though its been tough (mom was a little ill last week) I finally broke the 16,000 hump I was in for a long time and we hit 17,000 subscribers! Thank you for all your eyeballs and welcome new subscribers! It's my goal to drop a short EVERY DAY in 2026 and so far we have 21 videos ready to go up. So 11am est every day, you'll get a short, regardless if a long video is going to drop. Subscribe!

So I wanted to do something fan driven. I want to do another "Kail answers your questions". Here is your chance to ask me anything about Street Fighter 6, or Juri. I just wanted to take some time and thank you all for the support over these last few weeks. To anyone who hit the paypal, I really appreciate it, and its helped keep me up! It mean's a lot to me that you believe in me enough to help out. I've always prided me on being a content creator that doesn't do heavy call to actions with no value to the viewer. That is always heavy on my mind. I know money comes hard for everyone and how parasocial social media can be. I don't like to feed into that.

But as far as I know, I cant communicate through paypal to thank everyone individually. If you did, I really appreciate it. Thank you!

Hey all! Kail here! So Good news, bad news time! I recently lost my employment and I'm in between jobs, which sucks. Somewhat good news, I'm sure you've noticed an uptick in videos! I dont know how long I'll be out, but the bills keep coming in. Until unemployment hits, its just twitch and youtube to keep me afloat. If you would like to support me and the work i've done, nows the time to do so. You can do so in a few ways.

First is by watching videos, and engaging with them. If you watch them and they bring you value, like button, leave a comment, and think of any of your friends or peers that might enjoy it, share it with them. I believe in showing content to those who want to see it, that always has better impact for the creator. Same goes for any of my livestreams, m-t-thurs on twitch and youtube!

Second is by becoming a member (yt) or sub (twitch). You get more bang for your buck on twitch as you get emotes and ad-free viewing but twitch does take more of a cut. If you want more of your buck to go to me, youtube membership.

Third is by contacting me and setting up a 1 on 1 coaching session. I'll try and work with you on price, but if you're like 1600 and below, I can help! Vod review, sparring, Q and A... VOD reviews are opening up again! So if you're interested in submitting a replay to be reviewed in Street Fighter 6, its time to drop the codes! The last time I did this, the window was cut short because of a game update and capcom tends to update whenever they want so get yours in early. Well I accidentally dropped a video early in my 2nd channel, bignastykailyaps. I went over an issue I found with feng shui engine that hinders her countering DI.

If you want more content where I talk about the game in a long form, and less tutorial and guides, you should check that channel out. I know it would get more views on main, but it’s not content for everyone, ya dig?
