I mean are you moving your body with intention...I was not as much as I would like and it has been talking to me in ways I don't want it talking (My right knee, my left side of my neck, and my lower back and even my ankles).

Here's what I am doing and I would love for you to join me.
My friend sent me this video to ease into Tai Chi and have a full body workout. I am on day two of ten minutes. I did 7.5 minutes yesterday.
1. Comment "you're in" and when your getting started on this post.
2. Save the link to the Tai Chi video in your "Watch Later" playlist.
3. Put "10 min Tai Chi" on your calendar for everyday as a reminder. I would block out 15-20 minutes to give yourself starting and ending time to ground and or pause the video if needed.
4. Once you are done each day come back here and let us know you finished your workout.
Its that easy we get our movement in, in community knowing we are all working toward a common goal.
Its at your pace, the time that works best for you.
