No Weigh in this week. Been super busy with cleaning and reorganizing for the party today. I did work out in Monday but other than that I've been walking around a lot so I don't know if I lost or gained any weight.

Have 11 new ideas for content for this coming new year. I know I should get some of the ideas and videos out this year but I’ve been really struggling with life mentally lately and am not sure how long it will be before I fully recovery from this mental chaos that’s going on. Should I start combining my regular vlogs into my weigh ins, so the weigh in vlogs aren't just me talking about what I ate in a week, working out, and the weigh in, but a little bit of everything? Such as what I do in the week, etc?

I had a health video for you guys last Saturday, but I forgot to post it! Ugh, I just saw it when I was preparing for this Saturdays video! My biggest apologizes! I ended up deleting it since it'd be out of order but just know that the different wasn't big and that's why the difference in the current one will be different from the last video actually posted!

No Weigh in this week. My husband had a four day vacation so it was nearly impossible for me to do anything health wise for myself. The only day I might be able to work out is tomorrow, which is Friday and that's calling it tight as well. I might still post a small vlog, but I can't promise anything. We will see.
