This is my personal vlog, Rogue Dog. It started as a way to capture my life adventures and sort of archive them. Now it's become a full-time hobby. This channel is mainly a travel channel focusing mainly on Southeast Asia; however, I've got a video on Spain and some of the United States as well mainly focusing on some midwestern states. This channel is also a bit about punk rock and heavy metal, which are both also some of my life-long passions. I hope you can be entertained by some of what you can find here. When I was a kid, I always wanted my own TV show. Well, here ya go.

Hey, everyone who still pays attention here. I've decided to not post as much on YouTube anymore. I think the times have changed, and so have people's attention spans. I've had this channel for about 7 years now, and it took me that long just to accumulate 1300 subscribers. Recently, a friend of mine gave to some tips on using TikTok and increasing my reach over there. I started playing around and sent my number to around 50 TikTok subscribers above 1300 in a little over a month. I also started earning a small bit of $ over there. It's cents on the dollar, but something is better than nothing, right? So from now on, I will be posting the majority of my content over there. I will still upload here, but for the time being, I'll be over there more, so give me a follow there. I'll be posting long and short content there. Cheers everyone.

I'M RETURNING TO VIETNAM SEPTEMBER 26TH!
Hey, all my mind has changed, I'm going to continue my vlogging, but I'm waiting to get back to Vietnam before I do so. My medical problems have mostly been dealt with so I will be returning to Vietnam September 26th to continue my work as an English teacher. The United States has been ok. I would've rather not returned but I made a new friend and I got the chance to see some old ones as well. I've been toying with the idea of making my vlog more cinematic than narrated, but i can't decide. More just cinematography backed by music than my traditional walking and talking. I'm gonna make a poll to see what y'all think so here goes.

Yo, For those of you who still pay attention. I've been back in the States for a while, while I sort out health issues. I've been diagnosed with charcoat's foot in my left foot and I am currently recovering from triple hernia surgery so YAY! To be honest, I haven't been in the mood to vlog nor can I afford a new camera or the monthly software subscription. Nothing is interesting to film here really. I'm trying to save money to move back to Vietnam right now, that's what's most important to me. I've also been of the mind lately that vlogging is dumb and no one cares. Most people have minimal attention span these days that are dominated by 3-second clips of bro-dudes setting their dicks on fire, street fights, and cat videos. No one wants to watch 20 minute videos of me talking to a camera about some obscure location no one will visit or anything remotely educational. I've become jaded and pessimistic I guess.
Is this the end of Rogue Dog? Maybe... Or most likely I'm just taking a long hiatus. Be well friends, fuck the system and ACAB.

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of videos. I've been going through some rough health issues with my foot and I have to return to the Unitied States for a few months for surgery on my foot.
