How I Overcame Extreme Single Strand Knots…
I had about 6.5 inches worth of breakage and SSKs cut over the last ~2 years which helped remove a lottttt of what I had throughout the length of my hair.
Of course, there are still some left and new ones happen, but nowadays they tend to appear in the lower 1.5 inches of my length.
I do the search and destroy method to remove them as they catch my eye, but notice a lot less SSKs now that I wash my hair often and never let it dry out (especially around my nape where things get crazy 😂😅)
