Happy Resurrection Sunday, Neighbors! ✨🤩
If you don’t already know, believers in Jesus Christ celebrate this day to honor the miraculous sacrifice He made for the sins of the world.
Jesus chose to suffer a gruesome, tragic, and undeserved death so that every person in humanity would have the opportunity to dwell with God in Heaven for all eternity. 🥹
Following His crucifixion, Jesus rose back to life after three days! In this act, He defeated the power of death, proving that nothing (not even death) is strong enough to separate us from God’s love.
That’s amazing!!! I encourage you to take some time to reflect on this (in Luke 21-24 for example) and seek to know Jesus with a contrite heart. You’ll be overwhelmed at how much He truly sacrificed for His creation. 💕
