Hi I’m Kate! We live in Central Virginia, and I am a caregiver to my 90 year old mama. I started this channel to keep our family recipes alive for future generations. I do post videos on a variety of topics not just cooking.

Mama is doing a little better. She has been dealing with what they’ve been talking about on the news, and it has been very trying for both her and me. Because she is still healing, I won’t be putting up any cooking videos until she is completely recovered. However, I will still be sharing pet videos. My main concentration right now is on getting her fully recovered.
Thank y’all for your patience and understanding. I do ask that you please keep Mama in your prayers. Even though she is getting better, she is 90 years old and this has been very hard on her physically. Stay safe and be blessed.

We lost power sometime last night, and I’m currently waiting for it to come back on. Without power, I don’t have internet to post, but I am hopeful it’ll be up soon. If it isn't, at least you now know why there is no video yet!
If today's video doesn't make it up, it will be posted Sunday.
I am so sorry about this, but the weather has been absolutely crazy here in the South.

I slipped and hurt myself. It was raining and I hit my face and my chin on a pot it really hurt. So there’s no video tomorrow because I am in a lot of pain.
