Plana Excelência Operacional

We finished the 1st Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course at Tramar Condutores Especiais, yesterday, with the famous airplane dynamics!

The dynamic consists of putting into practice the skills acquired by the participants during the course, to solve a very complex problem: hitting a water bottle with a fully configurable toy plane, randomly positioned by the instructor, within a predefined space of 6mX6m .

In the eyes of those who don't know, it seems easy. But the moment you start doing the first few launches, you start understanding the "physics of the problem", how much noise there is and how "non-linear" the toy is! And that's where Black Belt's tools come in!

Short videos of the best moments are being added to the Playlist Dinâmica do Avião, on our Youtube channel (it worths checking): lnkd.in/dcJQWXpw

The environment, chosen by Tramar's Management, was the Vó Abigail's Farm! It couldn't have been better, as our students were removed from the factory environment and were able to dedicate themselves 100% to teamwork. It was inspiring to witness the dedication of each participant.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to all participants for their active participation and contribution during this dynamic. Their enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement were critical to the success of this activity.

We would also like to thank Vó Abigail for providing us with a beautiful and conducive environment for our training, Dona Alice and her companions who provided us with very delicious breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee, and Mario Lucas Facioli and Mateus Facioli for the support during the three days of dynamics. The peaceful environment and warm hospitality certainly added an extra touch of inspiration to everyone's learning experience.

We will continue to apply the techniques and tools learned to drive positive changes at Tramar.

Good journey to all towards Operational Excellence!
