These are the desserts I made for Sunday dinner. Sweet Potato Pound Cake with Nuts , Pecan Pie. I also made a banana pudding that I will post a pic later.
So, overall I’m pretty proud of myself that I was able to get those orders out and cooked for my family on yesterday. Now, I am one tired granny!!!😀😀😀

Happy Saturday everyone!!! Here is the egg pie I baked for my auntie which is one of her favorite old thyme desserts.
The pecan pie, I decided to add to the dessert table. I y’all have the best day today. Much love to you!!!!🩶💚🤍🍽️

These are my ingredients: EGG PIE RECIPE
3 large eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk ( your choice)
1 1/2 Tbsp flour ( for thickness)
1 Tbsp Vanilla ( or, 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp lemon)
4 Tbsp butter ( melted)
1/4 tsp Mace ( nutmeg)- and a sprinkle on top for garnish
Egg whites

In a medium bowl pour in all ingredients starting with eggs, mix by hand with a whisk until well combined ( about a minute)
Take your egg whites and brush the bottom pie crust really good.
Next, pour your egg pie mix into the prepared pie crust, sprinkle the top with nutmeg or mace
Your oven pre heated 400 degrees————- let pie bake anywhere from 40 to 50 minutes depending on your oven temp
Look for a golden brown color on top and crust , along with a slightly giggly center, and your pie is ready.
Remove from oven —— allow 1 to 2 hours to cool and then serve….IF YOU TRY THIS RECIPE LET ME KNOW BELOW !!!👇 BYEEEE🤗🫶🏽

My grannipoo is running for 4th grade princess, and she asked if I could make some Cookie Monster cookies to go in her gift bags. Normally we know the cookie monster to be a blue cookie, but she wanted a pink color for the girls, so I came up with the names, Mr. & Mrs. Cookie Monster!!!

Block 1- My dearest Daughternlove worked so hard putting her theme decorations together, she truly brought her vision to life, she did an amazing job!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾😘🥰
Block 2- the cookies are on the cooling rack before packaging.
Block 3- this is how I packaged them and even though the bags are self sealed, I still added the baked with love sticker on the back side for a double seal.👌🏾
Block 4- this is how I would pack any of ny cookies to ship. These boxes size 8x3x3 .
Block 5- once my dough is well mixed, I then pour in all the extra goodness and fold by hand until well combined. Can you see the vanilla chips, chocolate chips, mini Oreo’s , mini chips ahoy, & some mini rainbow chips. It was the same for the blue cookie except no rainbow chips, I gave the girls just a lil extra!!😉🤗

Today is our Pastor anniversary and I was asked to bring greens, but, because I'm so much like my mother , I decided to add a few more sides abd sweets. If anyone knew our mother, she would rather for us to have too much food verse not enough that's just the giving compassionate heart she had. I find myself doing the same.
