Mommy read to me
Growing up I struggled to read until one day in first grade I was assigned a tutor who would pull me out of class twice a week to read. In the beginning I absolutely hated it until our bond grew and he actually made reading fun. Within 6 months I went from not knowing any words to reading on a 9th grade reading level. Since that day I’ve always had a passion for reading children’s book. Fast forward 20 years later I’ve now started reading to my kids and have found my passion again. ❤️
