My nails might not be pretty, but they sure are long.

Since I stopped using gel polishes and press on nails, I have been trying to get my nails looking good naked.

Now, they are the longest and most resilient they have been in a long time!

Thanks to Ancient & Brave for believing in me and sharing their collagen with me to test.

I truly believe taking collagen in my coffee every morning has helped to strengthen and grow my nails to the longest they have been in a long while.

And… my hair has started growing again too 🩷
