Keeping Shrimp Tanks Cool in a Heatwave 🌡️

Its 30c where i am just now in Norway 🥵

Here are a few simple things that can help:

• Fan blowing across the water surface
• Frozen water bottles floated in the tank
• Keep tanks away from windows/direct sun
• Close blinds/curtains during the hottest part of the day
• Aircon if you have it
• Cooler rooms help a lot

Most of my tanks are in the basement, which is in the ground, and it’s around 8°C cooler than upstairs, which makes a huge difference.

I’ll add a photo of the temperature reading.
