Mein Sapne Bade Dekha Hoon,
Par Zarooratein Kam Rakata Hoon!
I have big dreams and goals,
But my needs are less!
I have a big dream of transforming 1 Billion Lives!
I want to change the humanity by helping people to come out of mediocre life!
Empower them to create their holistically successful dream life including Mental & Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Financial and Social (Relationship) success!
For that I need to take bold steps…
I need to take big risks…
Some steps people may not like it…
In the last seven years of starting a Passionpreneur movement, I have had my fair share of risks, including financial risks, starting from few lakhs to running into a few crores!
Credibility risks to say bold things that some people may not like!
I am able to take those steps because meri zarooratein kam hai (my needs are less)
Yes, I like living a great life in Dubai,
Yes, I like traveling the world,
Yes, I like driving luxury cars
Yes, I am aiming to buy a private jet
Yes I am going to build a $100 Mil+ revenue company
But….
Those goals don’t define my life or dectate my happiness!
I live agile and I am dangerous…
because I am ready to go back to basic life in Gujarat or Pune!
I have nothing-to-lose attitude!
I came from slums and I know that even in any worst case scenario, I would be living a waaaaay better life! 😊
Staying agile is the true freedom!
I see many people get fixated with steady income and scared of losing their salary
This is why universe won’t reward them handsomely
Even in spiritual practice we learn that, stay detached!
Being detached means, having limited needs!
If I have food to eat, healthy body and a roof to sleep then that’s all I need!
Even then I would still be able to impact lives and follow my mission of transforming 1 Billion lives!
We are all going to die one day, so better start living fully!
Dream big but have limited needs!

When Passionpreneur met Farmerprenur and Paani Team!
I grew up watching his work on big screen #AamirKhan
My all time favorite actor on screen, Aamir Khan but after this meeting he has become my favorite offscreen person as well!
It was humbling to receive an invitation from Aamir Khan and Paani Foundation to attend their event called Farmers Cup!
Let me tell you why I am so impressed by this legend
let’s first talk about Paani Foundation that was founded by him, Kiran Rao and CEO Satyajit Bhatkal
Did you know that Paani Foundation awarded the farmers who have done well in various crops categories in Maharashtra?
Did you know that in the last 8+ years Paani foundation has impacted 40K+ farmers by providing them with education, resources and support to be able to produce more?
Did you know that they have 550+ billion liters of annual water storage capacity created?
Did you know that they have a unit called Farmerpreneur to teach farmers on how to scale their farming business?
I was blown with the happy faces of 3000+ farmers who attended this event
I am excited to see how I can contribute to their mission!
I have seen so many award functions like Awards for Actors, Sports and Entertainment but none comes close to this award function
Because Farmers (as well as soldiers & entrepreneurs) are the real heroes of our society
The amount of work Aamir, Kiran Rao and Satyajit Bhatkal and who Paani team has done blew my mind
I will share a reel with more insights and visuals!
I also met so many amazing people including actors, producers and directors. Stay tuned for more!
Hats off to Paani Team & thank you for having me there!
Special thanks to my brother Amitabh Shah for inviting!

“Mummy, Mein TV Pe Aane Wala Hoon”
(Mom I am going to be on the News TV)
My mom is my biggest supporter and biggest admirer!
I still remember our conversation when she said that “Beta, this is just your beginning. You will become very very successful that they will even call you on national television”
It has not been an year and here we are!
I am very happy to give this news to her and she was very happy to hear this!
She feels very proud of every single achievement of mine!
Make your parents proud!
“Sapne Dekho,
Kyunki
Sapne Sach Hote Hain”
Dreams do come true!
Tune into NewsX tomorrow 15th Aug at 7pm.
What a day to be on TV. (Independence Day!)
My mission is also similar - To make people free from mediocrity (9to5 Mindset) and help them to build the life of their dreams as a Passionpreneur!
If you do watch it live then make a clip of it and tag me.
Let us share this as a inspiration that if a truck drivers son, born and brought up in slumps, stuck in job for 16 years can do this, then anyone can do it!

Have you ever dreamed of the impossible?
Yesterday, that "impossible" dream of mine became a reality.
I was incredibly humbled and grateful to receive the Times Of India 40 Under 40 award.
Now you may ask, is it the glitter of the award that brings joy to my heart?
Is it the prestige attached to it?
Is it the recognition?
Well, all these are certainly heartwarming, but...
What I truly cherish is not the award, but the journey that led to it.
A journey that began in the humble slums of India, where I was just a boy with dreams larger than his circumstances.
A journey that had my father's truck driver grit at its core, and my mother's nurturing love as its compass.
Today, I think of my father's wise words: “Son, make sure you study hard so that you don’t have to do what I am doing today.”
And here we are, standing on a platform he could only have dreamed of for me.
But remember, friends, life is not about receiving awards. Life is about making the journey worthwhile.
It's about touching lives, making a difference, and inspiring change. It's about overcoming mediocrity, embracing growth, and encouraging others to do the same.
This award is not just for me. It's for every single person out there who dares to dream beyond their circumstances, who believe in their potential to make a difference, and who works tirelessly to transform lives, including their own.
So, here's to you, and here's to us, for being the sparks that ignite change and defy mediocrity!
And remember, even if all the awards and recognitions were to disappear tomorrow, I'd still be me. I'd still be here, sharing, inspiring, and serving, because in the end, giving is the true essence of living!
Gratitude to everyone who has been a part of this journey.
This award is a testament to all of you. 🙏

I pulled out 1000 Dirhams (Rs. 22000 in INR) and have him!
He was like - “I will be going to my village with this money”
Why did I give him this?
Here is what happened!
7:45pm - I was walking the streets of Mumbai
Saw this elderly man who was walking with the big bag
Looked like he just finished his day
I decided to speak with him!
Me - “You are working hard it seems at this age”
He - “Yes sir, I have to take care of myself and my wife”
Me - “What about your kids?”
He - “What sir, I came to Mumbai many years ago from my village in South Indian. I worked hard to save money to get my kids get married. Hoping that they will take care of us in old age but they left us and living their own life”
Me - “How much do you make daily?”
He - “I make Rs. 100 daily and my wife also makes Rs. 100 daily. Taking care of that society and collecting garbage”
I took out 1000 Dirhams and gave him
Me - “I am like your son. I want you to have this”
He smiled & took the note!
Me - “Do you know how much is this?”
He - “Don’t know sir”
Me - “This is about Rs. 22,000 in Indian currency”
He - “Really!”
I explained him how he can get it exchanged!
He was so happy and he said - “In next 3 days I will exchange this and we will go to my village for few months. Now I will only come back in Diwali”
Seeing him happy, I felt very good.
He waves me a good bye with joyful eyes!
These are our street warriors who work really hard.
Bring them a smile whenever you can!
Do not negotiate with street vendors!
I hope this inspires you to do more good…
More you give more will come back to you!

This feeling is priceless!
This is why I do what I do!
Pallabi comes from a very small town in Assam
She was really passionate about dancing right from the childhood but because of the game of survival she had to take up a job give up on her passion
Only when she joined the Passionpreneurs, she started focusing on her passion
She has been building a powerful character and have taken risks and stepped forward every time there was a challenge in front of her
And today we celebrate her first victory of monetising her passion by becoming a dance fitness expert, a dance healer
You see, in the last few months, we Passionpreneurs have been getting a lot of heat from lot of haters who think that this Passionpreneur is just a fad!
They think that we are selling hollow dreams and fooling people!
I don’t blame them because they only see one or two videos of ignorant haters and start building a perception about me and passionpreneurs!
We have thousands of students and so many of them have starting living their passion
They have got a new life to go beyond trading time for the work they don’t even enjoy and love the life of passion!
This is what Passionpreneur is all about!
Empowering and transforming people by enabling them to follow their passion and convert that into our career!
This is just one of those thousands of examples that I can share!
I did not use to share many case studies in the past but I think it is high time we inspire people by these amazing stories of passionpreneurs!
Let our work speak for us!
Let us impact 1 billion lives!
Let us make this world a better place!
Well done Pallabi
