Milky Way vs Andromeda - Cosmic Clash


What will happen if the Milky Way and Andromeda collide?
Will Earth survive an Andromeda and Milky Way collision?
How will our galaxy end?

These all questions pop into our minds about the greatest Andromeda and Milky Way Collision!

Indeed our galaxy is about to collide with our nearest neighbouring galaxy, but what happens in the aftermath is just a prediction.

Racing at 110 km/s, or 68 miles per hour, closer to us. Andromeda will eventually merge with our Milky Way in a massive galactic collision in 4.5 billion years.

But we don’t know how Andromeda and Milky Way merge, or how catastrophic the collision might be.

What would be their size comparison and how massive will they become? However, it is certain that they will no longer be called Andromeda and Milky Way in future. Instead, their union will give rise to a brand new galaxy “Milkdromeda or Milkomeda.”

Amidst this galactic event, one thing is sure, this collision will be highly impactful beyond our imagination!
