This casual meetup brings together Indonesian-speaking software engineers in Tokyo to honestly talk about the difficulties of building a tech career here. We’ll unpack questions like: “My performance is great, why isn’t my career moving?”, “How much cultural fluency actually matters in Japan”.
The discussion features senior engineers Ryan, Anditto and Jan, moderated by a Tech Recruiter Sherly. We’re keeping it intimate (10–12 people) so the conversation stays interactive.
