In a strange turn of events... the Belgium episode is actually finished early!🍻
I’ve spent all week editing the "Sour Surprise" through Brussels, Ghent, and Bruges. I’m currently staring at the 'Publish' button, but I'm going to hold out for our usual Sunday afternoon slot to make sure the beer is properly chilled for the premiere.
The Stats: 10 legendary bars, 3 beautiful cities, and yes... I actually had to give a bar my shoe to get a drink. 👟

Hey everyone! Quick update from the road. 🤓
I’m currently eating and drinking my way through Belgium this week! Sorry for the radio silence—I may have gotten a little distracted by the local brews.
I just had the wildest experience at a bar where, to get your beer, you actually have to hand over your shoe. They put it in a basket and hoist it to the ceiling! It’s a hilarious (and effective) way to make sure nobody walks off with their signature glassware—or runs away from the responsibility of finishing their drink. 👟🍻

🍻 Update on my Munich AI Beer Tour & Exciting News!
Hey everyone! I wanted to give you a quick update on the AI-driven beer tour of Munich that I mentioned a while ago. While I’ve been eager to share this innovative project, however, it looks like it won’t be ready before the end of the year. I’m not sure what’s up with this AI, but it might be stuck in an endless loop, it keeps sending me to the Hofbräuhaus! This is kind of as expected, but no fear, I’ll try and take a little bit more hands on the wheel to make this episode (experiment) work.
In the meantime, I’m thrilled to announce that my next scheduled video will take me/you/we to Poland! Get ready to explore Poland’s rich beer culture, from traditional brews to exciting new flavours. I can’t wait to show you around and share the adventure with you.

Much like Bamberg's classic style of 'brown bier', but not like their rauchbier (that really takes a special palate), the Altbeir is back to basics but a very different to bring out flavours from the classic Reinheitsgebot ingredients.
