🍻 Update on my Munich AI Beer Tour & Exciting News!

Hey everyone! I wanted to give you a quick update on the AI-driven beer tour of Munich that I mentioned a while ago. While I’ve been eager to share this innovative project, however, it looks like it won’t be ready before the end of the year. I’m not sure what’s up with this AI, but it might be stuck in an endless loop, it keeps sending me to the Hofbräuhaus! This is kind of as expected, but no fear, I’ll try and take a little bit more hands on the wheel to make this episode (experiment) work.

In the meantime, I’m thrilled to announce that my next scheduled video will take me/you/we to Poland! Get ready to explore Poland’s rich beer culture, from traditional brews to exciting new flavours. I can’t wait to show you around and share the adventure with you.

The Question: Can an algorithm truly find the places that only a local knows, or will it just send me to the same old crowded spots?

Much like Bamberg's classic style of 'brown bier', but not like their rauchbier (that really takes a special palate), the Altbeir is back to basics but a very different to bring out flavours from the classic Reinheitsgebot ingredients. Enjoy!

I wanted to tell you I'm so excited to finally get to share this adventure. I hope it's more in focus than some of my earlier work (less potato), and yes, the sound in a few spots was quite overwhelming... but hey, that’s just part of the beautiful chaos that is Lisbon.
