So its not a secret that i have been on a weight loss journey for the past two years, i have been overweight all of my life and even though i never let that control my life or ruin my life because i felt i came to this world to be happy and spread happiness, i would lie if when the doctor told me I was on my way to heart attack, or when every joint in my body hurt, or i couldn't breath, i wasn't scare. Nobody will never understand what is like to be fat, and not "i need to lose 15 pounds fat" but really morbidly obese, the world treat you different, people judge you, like i haven't tried every diet in the book, done every sport. Go to the gym, starve myself, go on pills, do ozempic and more. When the people you know, your friends, your family call you fat, fat shame you, call you deformed or even enable you, is a feeling you cant shake! I was 350 pounds, and finally i found my way, the ultimate sacrifice which i would talk more in the future, with tears, sweat, blood and more i have dont whats best for me, and now i can proudly say i have lost over 140 from my biggest weight! My goal is 200 pounds for my bday that is coming soon! And i keep going! But one thing hasn't change, and thats the view of life, i want to bring joy, happiness and love to the world, and if you decide to change your life, do it for you, like i did it for myself, not for anyone else, not for the haters, your family or friends but for yourself!
