KDM Evolution Trophy returns tonight as we welcome Rangers B to Forthbank! A win tonight will pretty much send us into the knockouts. Hopefully we continue our perfect start in the competition and bounce back after Saturday’s disappointment 🤞 Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

Today Stirling Albion face The Spartans in MATCHDAY 6 of the Scottish League 2 season. It’s a must win today for Stirling as we have been off the back of some poor results. Spartans are a tough team and are one of the favourites for the title so I’m not too confident about today. But let’s hope we can win today 🤞 Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

Back on the road this evening for MATCHDAY 2 of the KDM Evolution trophy league phase away to League 1 side Airdrieonians. Both sides haven’t been on great from recently but got wins over Cove Rangers and Dumbarton in MATCHDAY 1 of this competition respectively. A draw would be great but a win would put us in a good position to go through to the next round. Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

It’s MATCHDAY as Stirling Albion face Stranraer at Forthbank stadium in MATCHDAY 4 of the Scottish League 2 season. We need a response from last week as we lost 3-0 up in Forfar which was really disappointing. Stranraer managed to get their first win of the season last week with a win against The Spartans. In my opinion, we should be beating Stranraer even though they had a really good season last year but it’s a game I’m expecting us to win. Anything other than a win today will be disappointing for me. We need to start picking up points as we have lost our last two League games which isn’t great but hopefully we can bounce back today and get the 3 points 🤞 Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

It’s MATCHDAY as Stirling Albion travel up to Forfar to face Forfar Athletic in MATCHDAY 3 of the Scottish League 2 season. It will be a tough game for us today as our record against Forfar hasn’t been great recently but I think we will manage to get the win today. Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

Tonight, Stirling Albion face League 1 side Cove Rangers in the KDM Evolution Trophy League phase. It’s the first game of the KDM Evolution trophy for the 2026/27 season. Last season, Stirling Albion made it to the Round of 16 of the competition where Stenhousemuir narrowly beat us 1-2 to knock us out of the competition. However Stirling knocked out Championship side, Greenock Morton on penalties along the way which was a fantastic result after a poor run of form beforehand. It will be more competitive and tougher this season I think as 10 other teams will participate from the Highland League and from both Lowland Leagues. The top 22 teams after 6 games will still advance to the Round of 32 where they will join the 10 Championship sides. Although the Cup isn’t the main focus, it’s still good to have these games to look forward to on a Tuesday night. Both sides will be looking to bounce back after Stirling and Cove lost to Kelty Hearts 3-2 and East Fife 2-0 perspectively. In my opinion, I’m not too fussed about the Cup as I would rather us do well in the League rather than the cup but it would still be nice to go on a good cup run and it gives players who don’t really get game time a chance to play. It will be a good test for us tonight but hopefully we can get off to a good start in the Cup 🤞 Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹

It’s MATCHDAY as Stirling travel to New Central Park to face Kelty Hearts for MATCHDAY 2 of the Scottish League 2 season. It will be a tough game today as Kelty came down from League 1 last season, and they will be looking to get points on the board today after they fell to a 1-0 defeat to Forfar Athletic last week. They also have a few ex-Stirling players, i.e., Ryan Shanley and Ross Cunningham, who will be wanting to take something off us today. Stirling, on the other hand, got off to a good start in the league last week as we beat Dumbarton at Forthbank 2-0. We will be looking to get another win and another 3 points on the board. In my opinion, Stirling has a better team on paper, but we all know that football isn’t played on paper. A lot of our younger players looked good last week, so hopefully they can make the difference today 🤞 I feel confident that we will win, but I don’t think it will be easy. A draw wouldn’t be the end of the world, in my opinion, but if we are going to be serious about challenging for promotion this season, a win would be ideal. Still a long way off that, but let’s get the win today. Come on the BINOS! 🇦🇹
