After experiencing the Solar Flash in March 2021 I didn't think anything could compare, but I was wrong. Last night I had one of the strongest energetic experiences in my body ever.

I was laying in bed on my right side, slowly slipping into that place in the ethers between reality and dream state when I felt a strong woosh of energy come directly at me, encompassing me fully, creating a vortex around me, then suddenly I was energetically turned to my left without physically turning left. I felt the energy rush my body in a way that could only be described as a turn onto a new path or reality.

The experience felt like I was a passenger in a car and the driver almost missed the left turn they were supposed to make but didn't because they turned at the last possible second. It took a second for me to realize I was feeling a new timeline reality (pathway) emerging. Something had shifted.

I woke up this morning to a new version of myself. I'm not sure exactly what it is only to say that it must be more of higher self, creator energy present.

Creation is everything today, in between sessions and tending to other things that need my attention.

Part of the creation includes new insight I now have as to what type of paintings I will be creating in the future. I created a source for the first one this morning. The excitement running through me was off the charts. This is feeling like a new pathway has opened.

I feel this eclipse gateway is the most powerful I've felt yet. Are you feeling it?

I opened the front door to water the plants as I usually do, there was a grasshopper right at my front door turned to the left. I didn't need a sign, it showed up anyway.

Grasshoppers medicine hold the energy of great leaps forward or leaps of faith, trusting without fear.

I'm always happy when life shows up to meet me, gently nudging me saying "stay focused" to recive the breadcrumbs and messages of whats getting ready to unfold that needs my attention. I can't tell you how many times I let myself get distracted in my younger years. I've come to learn the breadcrumbs are everything!

Something new is beginning…

For a long time, I’ve felt called to share more of my journey—not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve discovered there’s something healing about sharing the path as we find our way back to ourselves.

So I’m opening the door to something new.

"Returning to Myself" is my new blog—a place where I’ll share stories including how I manifested my desire to live on a five acre homestead in the middle of nowhere, the lessons I've lived, unexpected adventures along the way and quiet moments that have shaped who I am and am still becoming.

I’ll write about healing, self-worth, relationships, creativity, herbal wisdom, my experiences with cancer, and the beautiful and sometimes surprising ways life continues to teach me.

Some chapters will be deeply personal. Others may begin with a painting, a flower, an animal, or one seemingly ordinary moment that asked me to pay attention.

A new chapter will arrive each Sunday.

And if something in my journey helps you recognize something in your own, perhaps we can walk this path together—each of us returning, in our own way, to the deepest part of ourselves.

Plasma levels are super high, we’ve crossed a point of no return, a reset. We’ll begin to realize the old ways patterns and habits, groups, friends, routines, places just don’t feel like a fit anymore. It’s ok, breathe, it’s supposed to feel uncomfortable. Discomfort means we’re about to up level. My greatest shifts have happened right after I felt the most uncomfortable in my body, in my life, and in situations I needed to end.

Energy news:
A Coronal Hole opened earth facing yesterday. Solar wind is expected to arrive in the next few days. Prepare for pressure in the body as our molecular structure changes. We’ll feel it in the way of headaches, eye aches / eye strain / ocular migraines, joint pain in areas of our body tied to our lack of flexibility with life. We could have palpitations, and feel like we’ve been plugged into an outlet buzzing internally throughout our body. Extreme fatigue, changes in urine, more hair loss in the shower than usual (due to the solar radiation), neck shoulder and back pain. Mini orgasms as kundalini awakens. These are just a few of the events happening in our body since physical ascension began in 2017.

On a more positive note you might be feeling an extreme urge to “create something” but are unsure of what that is. That’s ok. Creation codes are so high right now it’s the feeling of our soul descending more into our body. We don’t have to know what to do with it, simply feel into it.

More than anything be gentle with yourself. Take time in the morning and / or evening to connect to your higher self, inner being, creator, universe, God, whatever you call the higher essence that is you and receive to tune higher. Ask “show me what I need to know right now or show me the direction I need to take”. During the day get outside and connect in some way to nature. Move, dance, sing, or do whatever makes you feel alive inside and please turn your TV off and put down technology when you can receive. Technology breaks our frequency. Our body needs a break from it to receive and charge to this higher light. It’s a distraction so step away often.

Be love in all you do and say. We all need more love, I love you ❤️😘

We can not allow ourself to be pulled out of prescence. Everything is a distraction taking us away from acessing higher light codes. See this time as an opportunity to practice being present and watching through the observer lense. There's lots of noise with good purpose, don't get cauught up when your body is needing your support.

The sun is active again since last night with strong flares from a new significant sunspot facing Earth at the same time the full moon in leo, moving us into fire (horse) energy. This energy may bring anxiety, heart activations, and the body could feel expanded and uncomfortable. It may feel electrical as the immune and nervous systems are stimulated. At the same time Uranus is direct, bringing unexpected everything including awakening at a deep level. Perspectives can shift quickly. Don't ride the rollercoaster, be an observer. Emotions are better served focused on receiving higher light. When we're present we can have breakthroughs as agendas drop away.

Our reality can shift in a dime, I know first hand! I was able to create a move to the 5 acre homestead I desired to move to, calling it in through gratitude journaling for a year before I manifested it. Clarity is key here. We must stay flexible in our thoughts in order to free ourselves from our self imposed limitations. What we desire is right in front of us but we won't see it looking in another direction.

Take in the light, be light but most of all be love, for yourself first then you can offer it to everyone else. I love you ❤️

Yesterday I posted about the power of the sun and its activity… there’s no disappointment here! Three powerful flares minutes apart from each other just an hour ago. X1.8, X1.78 and X1.44 ( 144 my favorite number! It’s the activation to avatar consciousness)

I just received an email this morning as Space Weather was anticipating an X flare and indicated the strongest yet was recorded during Solar cycle 23 on Nov 4, 2003 as an X45!!!

We are in a very strong Solar Cycle again, as this Solar maximum is supercharged. Three significant sunspots have just rotated with the sun now facing Earth. For those of us on the #ascension journey this is another activation to expand consciousness. Another wave of great awakening is occurring.

November feels as though it’s going to bring us into incredible highs in a conscious / soul aligned way. Make plenty of time for rest. Limit social media etc. Make sure to engage in something creative, something that feels nourishing to you and enjoy the journey. Stop focusing on the outer reality and focus inward. Eventually you realize there’s only you and your creation. 😉 More exciting times ahead, see you there!! ❤️

What are you carrying, or maybe who, as in ancestral stories / beliefs / patterns / practices / traditions etc that don’t serve you? Maybe they never have but there’s a deep sense of “duty” in holding onto them, reflecting on them or taking action on them that brings imbalance.

This time we are in is one of shedding. The outdated luggage we carry around that just doesn’t fit into the picture of who we desire to be deep down although our guilt about removing ourselves from beneath these trappings feels overwhelming.

If there’s something that you’re holding on to that should’ve been let go of long ago, let it go. It may feel empty, uncomfortable, fearful or emotional. By letting go we clear the path for something new to emerge, something that was buried beneath all the clutter we couldn’t reach or even see.

This super moon along with the geo storms which have been active yesterday and today plus the meteor swarm is making it impossible to stay in our comfort zone so challenge yourself to let go in order to have a new experience. The energies this month will give us plenty of time to dive deep within in order to resolve the discomfort through letting go.

We’ve been in a year of shedding to soon shed out the last of the wood snake energy of 2025 so we can step into fire horse energy for 2026. The snake is about shedding to have renewal, the fire horse is about finding freedom, adventure, growth and success after the shedding. I’m ready, how about you!!!???

This dragonfly actually knocked on my door last night around 8:30pm. I opened the door to see what made the noise and it almost flew into me. It was huge, the largest dragonfly I’ve ever seen, probably two inches in length. If you’ve seen the others I posted they were all small.

I grabbed my phone to video it and as I did as orb flew out of it right into me. You can see the path it took.

I just posted the meaning of the dragonfly’s medicine a few days back. What a way to have a solar eclipse and Equinox!! This is the magic waiting for us when we are not distracted by the outer reality. We are of it but not involved in it.

The dragonfly can bring you through a two year period of transformation. Perhaps attention is needed in how we are navigating or reality as it reminds us to follow the light.
